Academic Sessions
Structured. Flexible. Tailored to the student.
Academic sessions aren’t one-size-fits-all. They are intentionally crafted to align with the student’s age, curriculum, pace, and personality.
From the very first session, our tutors follow a professional structure adapting content and delivery to the student's unique learning style.
What Does a Session Look Like?
Each session is guided by an instructional framework to ensure consistency, depth, and results — whether online or in person, for a preschooler or a university student.
1. Warm-Up (5 mins)
- Brief check-in: academic mood, energy, goals
- Light review of previous material or homework highlights
2. Core Learning (35–40 mins)
- Introduction of new material or skill-building
- Interactive exercises, problem-solving, discussion
- Tutor adapts teaching to student’s curriculum (IB, British, American, French, etc.)
3. Reinforcement (10–15 mins)
- Applied learning through practice questions, writing prompts, or verbal reasoning
- Clarifications and recap of difficult points
4. Wrap-Up (5 mins)
- Quick summary of what was covered
- Overview of what’s next + home assignments (if any)
- Tutor updates the student’s academic portal with session notes
Flexible by Design
Our sessions are not scripted.
They are adapted in real time based on:
- Student’s age and attention span
- Subject complexity (e.g. essay vs. math proof)
- Academic goals (remediation, acceleration, exam prep)
- Weekly or monthly progress
Sessions may shift format for revision, exam prep, group work, or project support.
Designed for Continuity & Growth
Each session contributes to a bigger academic picture:
- Building mastery
- Boosting confidence
- Reinforcing curriculum
- Preparing for key academic milestones
- Optional add-ons: progress reports, WhatsApp parent updates, assignment planning
No matter the subject or level, our tutors work with intention and adaptability — always aligned with the student’s journey.
