Do you offer in-person tutoring or only online?

Both.

We offer in-person tutoring in Cairo and online tutoring globally, especially across the Middle East and North Africa.

Which school systems do you support?

We cover British, IB, American, French, Canadian, and university-level programs.

Our tutors are trained or experienced in the specific expectations of each curriculum.

Tutors & Matching

How do you select your tutors?

Our tutors go through a multi-phase selection process including an interview, subject-based quiz, and full onboarding and training in professionalism, lesson structure, privacy, and our platform.

Can we meet the tutor before committing?

Yes.

All new students begin with a 2-hour prepaid assessment package where they meet the tutor, try the service, and receive a full evaluation.

If needed, we offer a free tutor change and reassessment.

Can we request a specific tutor profile (language, gender, background)?

Yes.

We’ll do our best to accommodate preferences in alignment with availability and best fit for the student’s needs.

Academic Sessions

How long is each tutoring session?

Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes but can be extended based on subject or student needs. University-level and exam prep sessions may be longer.

How are sessions tracked and followed up?

After each session, the student portal is updated with the session information. Parents (for K–12) can receive weekly updates and monthly reports (depending on package).

Can I change my weekly schedule?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling — as long as changes are match the availability of the tutor and are communicated 24 hours in advance.

Pricing & Packages

How do your packages work?

After the completion of the prepaid assessment package, families choose a prepaid package (5, 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 hours).

Hours are used as needed.

How do I pay for sessions?

Payments are made online through our website for the prepaid assessment package and through the student portal for further packages in USD.

We accept major international cards, and all invoices are stored in your portal for reference.

Are there add-ons or premium features?

Yes.

Add-ons include detailed progress reports, university prep, real-time WhatsApp updates, academic concierge, and more — all visible on the Prices page.

Privacy & Support

Is my family’s information secure?

Absolutely.

We do not list, display, or share information about our tutors or clients publicly.

How do I get support or change something in my plan?

You’ll have access to a dedicated coordinator team via email or portal messaging.
